Job Title: Account Manager for an eCommerce Email Marketing Agency
Location: Remote (Europe-based team), full time
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CET

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind client success, managing 6–8 eCommerce accounts and coordinating strategies to optimize email marketing performance. 
Your role includes:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Campaign Planning: Develop monthly email campaign calendars tailored to each client’s brand voice and goals.
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling, conversion-focused email content to engage audiences and boost sales.
  • Optimization & Testing: Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Klaviyo Technicians and Designers to align deliverables with client objectives.
  • Project Oversight: Track progress and maintain milestones in Slack and project management systems.

    Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of eCommerce email marketing experience, including managing client accounts.
  • Fluency in **English **and availability during CET hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for scaling top-tier brands.

  • Compensation: Competitive salary $2750-$3250 (depending on experience)
  • Work Type: Full-time, remote, freelance (independent contractor)
