Job Title: Data Analyst (Development-Focused Role)
Remote, full time
Salary: $2,100–$2,300 USD/month

Key Responsibilities
Automation
- Tool Development & Distribution:
- Design and implement scripts to automate recurring tasks (e.g., audience generation, data verification).
- Develop advanced tools like the Retention Engine for business goals.
- Ensure tools are user-friendly and accessible for team members.
- Maintenance & Optimization:
- Audit and optimize existing scripts to address errors and improve functionality.
- Ensure tools are updated and operational within set deadlines.
- Centralization & Standardization:
- Develop and maintain a Global Master Sheet for client data consolidation.
- Standardize data formats across reports.
Data Management
- Monthly Reports:
- Prepare and pre-schedule data reports (e.g., Monthly Data, Retention Metrics).
- Collaborate with coordinators to validate data accuracy before submission.
- Cohesion & References:
- Maintain consistent formatting in all client reports.
- Create reference sheets with key metrics for easy decision-making.
- Campaign Validation:
- Define naming conventions and formats for campaign types.
- Validate campaign data with marketing coordinators.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, and MySQL.
- Experience with **Selenium **for automation and web scraping.
- Proficiency in Power BI and **Looker **for visualization.
- Cloud & Server Management:
- Familiarity with **AWS **services and Windows Server environments.
- Automation & Scheduling:
- Experience with task scheduling tools like cron jobs.
- Attention to Detail:
- High level of accuracy and consistency in data processes.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in a similar data-focused role
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience in front-end development, UX/UI, or workflow optimization
- Certifications in AWS, Python, or database management
