**Pay Range: $12.5 - $14/hour  **

Our client company is a US-based e-commerce company in the pet niche. They are looking for a skilled Social Media & Facebook Ads Manager to join their team. The main focus is on leveraging social media platforms to maximize clients' reach and engagement.
Role Overview:
The primary responsibility for this role is managing Facebook ads. You will not be required to create creatives or graphics as we have a dedicated team for that. Your expertise will be centered around understanding e-commerce audiences and targeting effectively. This role is perfect for someone with mid-level experience in Facebook ads who is proficient in audience targeting and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for our e-commerce brand
- Understand and target specific audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and social media management
Qualifications:
- Mid-level experience in Facebook ads management
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation
- Familiarity with e-commerce advertising
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret ad performance data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
